Version 0.95:
Lots of changes, to be honest, and not all of them kept careful track of. Here 
are some of the highlights-
updated to compliance with 095, of course.
Added UO:R housing.
Fixed a bunch of poisonwatcher issues.
Fixed about a dozen minor issues with skills.
Camping logs you out now.
Alchemists and Armorers can train players now. (Fixed case in skillLists.inc)
Cooking updated with more recipes and cleaner code.
Hunger fixed.
Sundry code cleanups.

Version 0.94.4.2:
   Changed in this version:
itemdesc.cfg no longer contains merchant/guardnode definitions.
Lootgroup for Imp added to nlootgroup.cfg.
Orc Lord and Drake melee damages tweaked downward.
You can no longer map dungeons.
Added support for specifying percentage chance to cast to spells in npcdesc.cfg,
 and changed the spellcasting code in spellCombatEvent and spellFireEvent, and
 to spellSetup in the ai scripts.
Meditation will no longer fire more than once at a time.
Mana Drain and Mana Vampire are more useful.
Telekinesis can now "pop" trapped chests. (telekinesis.src, tinkerTraps.src)
Spawnregion updated. This touched most of its package and the following files:

Defender and Attacker no longer get reversed sometimes in mainHitScript.src.
The attacker in combat will no longer hit himself due to a bug in mainHitScript.src.

Minor fix to account cleanup in saver.src.
NPCKeeper now allows more creatures to mount or be colored.
AIs modified to support the new merchantnode system.
Corrected a bug where some merchants did not correctly return money.
Fixed a bug with playermerchants not giving players purchased items because they were
 immovable.
Tamed pets should now always hear their master's commands.
The stableCounter script will no longer complain "Expected INT got UNINT" to logs.
canAccess was updated.
Fixed a rare bug where a player could mount a horse while a ghost.
Telekinesis was added to the list of spells a monster can cast (include/NPCCast.inc)
Fixed a bug in bladed.src that prevented carving of corpses.
You can no longer drink potions unless you have at least one hand free.
Fixed a glitch in the animation of teleporting with a gmtools lever.
Commented out two unnecessary config files from carpentry which were causing console spam.
You can no longer drydock while there are mobs in the boat.
The tillerman will only respond to "status" and "drydock" if the player is not on the boat.
Removed redundant code from key.src.
Players can no longer drydock by using a key on a tillerman- he must say "drydock".
Failed house placement no longer sends uninit error to the logs.
Players will no longer gain stats from skillchecks that award 0 points.
Some fixes to tailoring: 
 Cutting bolts of cloth and folded cloth with scissors will now produce cloth, not bandages.
 Cutting cloth with scissors now produces bandages.
 Cutting hides with scissors now produces cut leather.
 Cutting leather armor with scissors now yields some cut leather.
 You can tailor leather items from cut leather as well as hides.
Carpentry makers marks should work again.
Player made saws work now.
Fix to the itemdesc.cfg in mining to allow all colored items to be smeltable.
Begging will no longer cause NPCs to say "Piss off!"
string.inc has three new functions.
.setprop no longer claims it couldn't write to a prop when it could.

Fixed a loophole that allowed building in cities. Also, you can't build in GA anymore unless you are staff.
If you log in inside a house you neither own nor are friended to, you should be booted outside.
You no longer get two motd windows on logging in.
Paralyze takes your resist into account for calculating the duration.
When you are hit while casting a spell, it checks your wrestling skill and not your hiding skill to see
 if you lose your concentration.
Fixed the background gump picture for the pouches.
spellrestrictions.inc now correctly checks for Magic Reflection.
NPCs using warriorCombatEvent.inc now should restock their bandages.
You can no longer prevent someone from casting spells/using skills by not responding to their rez gump.
propedit should no longer blow away array props.
Spellcasting no longer causes you to lose regs even if you don't have enough mana to cast it.

Fixed a bug in merchant training that caused skill loss.
Platemail gloves can now show up as magical loot.
Fixed the animation on the spear and short spear, and made the short spear a 2-H

Replaced the daynight package with the Nature package, which handles day/night,
   weather, and the moon phases.

Fixed magic item equip/unequip issues with regards to login/out as well

If a mounted mob is despawned in regionspawner it will not leave behind a horse.


 Removed in this version:
Two malformed merchant nodes.
Unused scripts/console/console.cfg- the real one is config/console.cfg
Removed pkg/foundations/hooks/onSkillAdv and scripts/include/skillAdv- their functionality is now in pkg/foundations/hooks/attributeCore.

 Known issues:
The motd default text file needs to be changed.
6 of the spawnregions are not spawning correctly- most likely because they are not being generated properly from the cfg file.
ICP is failing to register 13 packages. 
The following errors need to be fixed, as they fill the debug log:
